Took car for an oil change and tire rotation. Service rep was knowledgeable and friendly. Work was completed in less than an hour. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Everything was very satisfactory.


People and service were efficient and professional. I did not have to wait that long for the tires to be rotated and oil and filters changed.


Good price and quick. There was confusion from Internet sales people which got cleared when Bob Muir got involved. Bob seems to be a straight shooter but I do nor know about others.

I think a 50% increase in the. Oil change cost is way too much. That borders on price gauging. It was 39 dollars last year with coupon. This year it was 59 dollars with coupon. That’s a 50% increase. I’m sure oil or supplies didn’t go up that much. I doubt if labor cost went up that much. I...


Clean, friendly and very professional dealership. Refreshments were at hands reach and plenty. Robert Nolan was great sales person, he help us a lot and know about the car and show us more then any other sale person we have seen. We love that he was not pushy.


Eddie made the often horrible “negotiation” experience very pleasant. There were no high-pressure sales tactics. He was patient and knowledgeable. The sales team did their best to reach a mutually agreeable deal.


although my appt was scheduled for 3:15 we were able to drop off the car early, we received a call at noon stating that it was ready to go. This service department always exceeds my expectations. We have been dealing with Alison for 8 years and there has never been a time when she let me down....

I came in without appointment on Saturday with a weak battery. I got good and prompt attention, and the battery was replaced successfully. However, after I drove home I found that the radio would not work: it just showed ENTER CODE. I called back and the scheduler(?) led me (taking several minutes)...


I have been buying & having service done at SE Honda for numerous years. As always, employees are knowledgeable and polite, and service is always good. I dealt with Kristen O'Neal and Kyle in the service department. SE Honda should be proud of these employees, both are a credit to the company....
